Angry Damn wires are arcing again.

Long story short I take a look under the hood tonight and the #1 and #5 plugs are arcing all of a sudden. I have taylor wires and plugs that have no more than 500 miles on them. Would you guys recommend changing both the plugs and wires out or just the wires?

I'd just replace the wires first and see if that fixes it. You might as well pull the plugs and at least check the gap too.

i have MSD's i just put on a couple hundred miles ago and the #5 is arching whenever it is close to the header. but if i push it away from the header, it doesn't arch!? i have a piece of heat protection around it, and the wire isn't burnt...it was just arching a little bit. i don't know what the deal is

Turned out the insulators on those plugs were cracked. Pulls like a raped ape now.
