Weird. My driverside went in without a problem. I only disconnect the steering shaft. Car was jack up about 18". The passengerside did require me to jack the car up to about 30" though.

I welded mine up and Im having a very tough time getting it back in..Ill get it to go one way or another...

Glad ya got it in dude. I thank God I didn't have those kinds of issues during my header install...my sanity is already borderline questionable...now, how's yours?

Sanity? What's that?

I've learned to keep a calm state no matter what happens.
Throwing wrenches and kicking stuff almost always ended with broken things that I needed to replace later. No more of that.
