Cutting out water trap in Ram-Air hood. Is it safe to run a straight through ram air?

you will need a dremel cuttin wheel or dremel cutting bit, and a hacksaw blade. It took me about 45 minutes to get it out. It was very difficult.

So you bondoed the hood together? Get ready for the paint to start cracking since you didn't fix the hood correctly. Bondo does crack (break apart). If I were you, I'd fix the hood right the first time unless you plan on getting rid of the hood.

I plan on it to start cracking. If it gets that bad i will get a new hood. It's not that big of a deal though.
