Both Crane or Comp can do a custom grind. I got mine from Crane. Took 3 weeks. One thing though, you need to know EVERYTHING in regard to the cam not just what you read in the magazines. Crane's website has a form to fill out for custom grinding that you can down load.

Most combos don't need a "custom", but if you do the issue is who is designing it, not who is making it. Most "custom" grinds for end users like us are created by combining lobes from a company's existing "lobe library". They are not new lobes designs, just new or specially selected combinations. I suggest you get a hold of Bret Bauer, he posts here under the username SStrokerAce. You PM him or send email.
