I've just replace the waterpump and now have a problem!
The car starts and runs fine with one exception, pressing the gas quickly cuts the motor,almost as though you had truned the key and switched off. It does this every time but it's fine if you press the gas slowly and perfectly normal once the rpm is above 1200 or so.

Any advice would be most welcome.

 

Problem solved - I removed the air pump and decided not to refit it - thought it was a smart idea to block off the blue elbow with a cap. Removed the canp and the car runs good again, apart from a new oil leak - oh well!
