Csr to a csr water pump swap
I'm switching out my cooked WP which is currently a csr and I'm putting in the exact same one. So I need to pull the water pump? Or can I just swap the electric motor while the WP housing is still on the car?

Swap it on the car. Drain about 1/2 the radiator and pull the CSR pump and swap it. Send the damaged one back for repair and keep for a spare.
