I used one in conjunction with my cam/Cloyes install. Dyno-proven 6-8rwhp, and should last about 2 years.

For $130, I don't see why not. Here's a picture of mine installed:

CSI pump.

Keep in mind the CSI is not a direct bolt on replacement. You will need to do some grinding on the pump housing to get it to fit. If you have the stuff to make the mods to the pump housing the CSI will save you a few bucks. The only one that will fit with no mdifications is the Meziere. I got mine for about 165.00 on a GP and has been in the car for the last ~35k miles.

Thumbs up

RamAir95TA,

Thanks for posting the picture. I've been wondering what one of these installed would look like. How difficult was it to install? Do the factory pump internals pull out easily? How long have you ran this electric pump? Is your car daily driven?

Thanks

I have one in my car. Just take the pump housing to a shop with a press and have them remove the impeller.

I have had mine on since early February. Taken the car to Phoenix, TX, and Kansas twice without problems.
