Crower Rods

Got a line on some used Crower Maxi-Light rods. These are 93 Series 2 6" rods according to the Crower catalog they are rated in a to 575Hp in a drag racing application. Anyone have any experience with these rods in stroker application. They're I-beams but appear to have almost an A-beam design.

Thanks.

The Maxi light series 2 is a good connecting rod for a normally aspirated street engine. But please consider the source. What kind of life did they have before finding you?

You will want a compotent shop to give them a thorough check. Might want to also discuss return policies in case you find a problem.

Take care.
