Is the crankshaft hub on a 95 different from the other years of the LT1?

 

not that I have seen, you still have the arrow for dampener alignment. Out of the 3 motors I have one is a 94, one is a 96, and the other I have no clue just know its a 96+. The hubs all look the same, now I haven't taken them off yet so I can't tell you is one year had a key and another did not... I hope that you find your answer....

 

The hub is different on 96 and 97 cars to accommodate the crankshaft position sensor.....

 

Yeah they look the same to me to but I never actually compared any different years. I'm being told that the other years are slightly longer. I'll try to find part numbers. Thanks for the reply.

 

Went to shoebox's site and it says that they are the same for 1993-1995.

 

Right, and different in 96 and 97....
