it cranks but shuts right back off

it cranks but shuts right back off

I have a 94 lt1 motor ina 87 s-10 blazer with painless wireing harness
and lt4 hotcam kit and the pcm has been reprogramed. It will crank and run for a few seaconds and shut back down, ive checked fuel,spark,etc. i cant figure it out someone help please!

classic VATS issue, make sure it was tuned out

if that is not it, its a fuel issue(pump not running with the key in the "on" position?)


I have a 94 LT1 in a 90 full size blazer

is there a way he can disable this without sending the computer out again?

Either programming or a bypass module (not the resistor bypass) like those sold on Ebay.

the vats was turned off and the pump comes on when the key is on, before i put the lt4 hot cam kit in it it ran fine.

Check your optispark. Things are garbage, just went through my second one.
