Crank Positioning Sensor
Crank Positioning Sensor
I recently bought a golen 383 and sold my old 350.
I am getting ready to drop the engine in when I see that there is a big hole in my timing cover.
The block was from a 96 or 97, so it had the crank postioning sensor holes there. My old engine was a 95, so I dont have that part. Anyone know where I can buy a used CPS for less than the 45 dollars auto zone wants? All I need is to plug the holes. The junkyards seem to be fresh out. I can't switch back to my old timing cover because I dont have it, and even if I did, I really dont feel like pulling off the oil pan, opti, hub and balancer again.
Any ideas?
