Crank hub install... who sells 7/16" threaded rod?

Ace Hardware doesn't carry 7/16"-20 threaded rod. Any idea who else might have it? I'm going to check Home Depot and Menard's, but I have a feeling they won't carry it either.

BTW, this is for installing a crank hub.

Thanks!

Re: Crank hub install... who sells 7/16" threaded rod?

i had a real hard time finding a place that sells it i live in the boston area. I eventually went to this bolt depot place that sells stuff online. i drove about an hr to get there and was assured by the guy there that they had it and they didn't. they only had a 8" bolt that only had about a inch and a half of thread. So i told them that i drove a long way and they just ran the whole thing through a dye. U might want to try that if u can't find one as a last resort just remember to get a grade 8 bolt. i had to run it through a dye again after i installed the hub before i installed the pulley. But in the end it worked and its alot better that bangin it on with a hammer
