I just put the ignition box in along with the blaster coil during my rebuild a few months ago, and it won't work. While driving one day the autometer tach went all the way up to 8 grand and then the engine shut off. This happened when downshifting. I plug it back in today and it starts up fine, I push the clutch down to back out and the car dies. I start it back up, and the same thing happens. I start it up again and this time push the clutch down very, very slowly and it is fine, but if I push it down normally, then it stumbles, then dies. I don't know what is wrong with it.
