Crane 210/224 cam

I was looking at the Crane Cam, 210 / 224, .479 / .518 112 LSA from Thunder Racing, its alittle more pricey but is it any good?, how does it compare to a cc305 or hotcam?

THANKS ALOT FOR ANY HELP!!!!!

Re: Crane 210/224 cam

This cam is more expensive than the comp cams because of being ground on a billet core rather than cast core.
I used to run the hotcam on my camaro before, the crane 227 cam is a lot smoother than the hotcam and have stronger bottom end.

Will those work without having to machine the heads?

Re: Crane 210/224 cam

it doesnt make the best hp numbers, but the torque is great. With my setup and when i get the cam/heads on I'm hoping for 330rwhp and 350rwtq. Ive seen this cam run 11's...
