A couples of weird sounds from down under

Don't know if anyone can help me on these, but it dosen't hurt to try At least I hope not :P

The first one is when I'm taking of from a stop I can hear a loud thicking sound coming from the back end accelerating as I speed up to about 35 mph, after that I can't really distinguish it.

The second one wich seems to be coming from the middle front of the car sounds like two pieces of metal rubbing against each other and this one I can hear up to high speeds, 50-65 mph.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated,

J

You may want to take a look at your tranny mount and also I would check my suspension components for wear.

I tought it would be something internal to the differential or something like that in the back causing the sound to go faster as I accelerate? Also the interesting thing is, the thicking sound in the back only starts after it's been a while that I drive the car.

That's waht I thought woulkd of been the problem of the sound coming from the front, but when I jack it and turn the tires by hand I don't here the sound

mY did the same. I would turn the wheel by hand, and no noise. But the rotor were bad. Check in to it just to be should

Check your heat shields on the exhaust, that could be the ticking. As for the metal rubbing noise I can only think it'd be the brakes. It might not always do it if you jack it up and turn the wheels yourself. I'd clean of the pads and make sure there's no gouges in the rotors and see if that helps.
