A Couple Questions

94 T/A, 119k..

I did a flush and fill today hoping to get rid of the following problem, to no avail... After driving for a few miles normally, the engine coolant will sometimes bubble out of the plastic filler neck. It's not a huge problem, but it is annoying.

Oil pressure never leaves the 1/4 mark, under any circumstances. Possible reasons?

Would an opti going to hell cause the engine to "surge?" By surge, i mean under constant, unchanging throttle position, it will subtley speed up and slow down, its not drastic, but you can feel it. Under heavy acceleration, it seems to be a bit worse.

Any help is appreciated...

dude I think you stole my car, mine does exactly what you describe. I have narrowed it down to the opti, I have replaced "everything" else.

02s
coil
plugs wires
computer
cat(gone)

that is all the stuff I can think of that would make the car surge. Next on the list is the optispark. I have a nasty intake leak and I think that has something to do with its untimely demise. Oil+optispark=

Yeah, your probably right. I think i'm going to do the waterpump along with a new opti. Now its just time to start saving my money.

Can anyone else chime in on my other questions?
