a couple of exhaust questions?

first of all, i was told that i had edelbrock lt's on my car but after some researching i found out today that they are actuall the TES ones instead. should i just keep these or will there be a big difference with the long tubes?

second thing is, it also has a hooker muffler on it but the muffler is rattling inside so i think its time for a new system. what brand should i go with? it seems like some like flowmaster but then again i thought i heard some come them SLOWmaster.

I have heard almost every exhaust out there and I wouldn't trade my flowmaster exhaust for any of them other than the GMMG exhaust. I know alot of people complain about the flowmaster because it's not a straight flow through muffler like some of the others, but you are probably just talking maybe 2-4 hp at the most. I have Pacesetter longtubes, no cat, with some head work and people come up to me all the time at the track at tell me how awsome my car sounds very loud and aggresive. It's just the matter of what sound you like to hear for me.

i had flowmaster AI, swaped in a aerochamber and gain 1mph. Not a big gain but a gain no the less.

I would recommend the aerochamber to anyone. Its just not that loud unless you drop your cat.

Had Flowmaster, put a Borla XR1 on and noticed a big differance. Granted I also had the Single out flowmaster which may be differant then the crossflow. Sounded great, performance sucked.
