i was just wondering about power issues, seems like it would make the lt4 combo more worth while? but perhaps the hotcam is to small for it...

 

of course u can stroke an LT4,and yes the HOTcam will be small for it but it should feel really civil in an engine of that size,it depends on what kind of driveablilty youre willin to put up with.....

 

Why wouldn't you be able to??? The only diff with the Lt-4s are the cam, heads,and intake. (I think). Nothing about the block or the aseembly is diff. (I think) lol.

As far as the HC in a 383. I put one in my stroker and I'm quite happy with it. It's still way more rauchy and I don't think I'd go bigger for a daily driver.
