if so how hard would it be to tune the carb to the already tuned opti?

 

it cannot be done. why on earth would you wanna carb an LT1 anyway and then leave on the part which has the greatest flaw??

 

if your getting a carb on there then you need to swap intakes right? Well once you do that , you have a big hole in the back for a distributor, use it! The optispark is all computer controlled, how could you control timing and advancement?
