Just wondering from anyone here is there a noticeable performance increase from swapping in a LT1 from a Vette . I have seen a spec chart and noticed a tad more cam, but nothing I think would make a difference other than the duel ex. and freeer flowing airbox setup.

I had the chance when my engine blew to get what I think was a Corvette engine simply cause it was listed has beeing a 4 bolt. I choose instead a LT1 that was bored 40 over. Thanks in advanced.

 

the cam specs are a little different but there is very little performance difference between the vette and f-body lt1's

about the only advantage by going to a vette lt1 is that its a 4 bolt
