cooling fans not comming on Help!!!!

cooling fans not comming on Help!!!!
my cooling fans will come on if i unplugg the maf, but they dont come on when it is ideling ! what could cause this? i need help!!

Maybe it is not hot enough. You give no info on what the temp gauge reads. Info about the cooling system here.

it gets into the red and the fans never come on!! but if i unplug the maf then they come on and cool the motor down!!

I changed my opti and water pump. Doing so I had to remove the fans. They worked fine before and now they never come on. I know they are plugged in all the way. I guess I should check the fuse under the hood!
