on this picture it has 3 diffrent sections of wires my car "LT1 95" only has 2 what dose that mean or is the 3rd hidden? anyone?

Is that picture with the computer removed? because I can only see one on my car near the PCM, it looks like there might be another one or two underneath or next to my computer but I cant tell for sure
