cooling fan mod, getting SES code
I did a cooling fan mod and now when I turn the fans on, I get
a code 1642 and 1641.
Also when I turn the A/C on the low speed fan light comes on.
Can someone explain this to me?
The fans do work when the switch is on.

It's working exactly as it is supposed to. You see the LED because the LED is monitoring when the fan is on, whether you turn it on or the pcm does.
You must wire in the resistors in this diagram if you don't want to cause the SES to come on.
