the coolant line that runs along the back of the heads connects to both of the heads and then along the passenger side of the intake manifold into a rubber hose (throttle body bypass). where does that rubber hose go after it's past the throttle body?

into the upper rad hose.

 

For a 95-7 it goes to the radiator after passing thru the TB, stock... or right to the radiator in TB bypass:
