Coolant leak

but the other day i was under there changing some wires and i noticed a drop of coolant on a aluminum tube. i wiped it off and continued w/ my work, but is there anything that will find the hole and plug it?

im not exactly sure where the water was coming from but... just trying to avoid over heating.

What aluminum tube are you referring to?

if its near the opti, check the weep hole on the water pump itself. The pump might be going bad and starting its drip.

I just had a pump go bad that wasn't leaking out the weep hole. It was coming out the back by the drive gear dripping right on the optispark. Took me forever to find it. That was with a 2 year old GM pump too.
