hey i have coolant leak, the coolant is running out from the bottom pully. or that is where it is dripping down from. and also it only seems to be doing this when it is up hill. any one no where it might be coming from.

hey i just looked under the car it seems to be coming out of a small hole on the bottom of the water pump, should that hole be their it just started leaking yesterday.

 

Sounds like your gonna need to be replacing your water pump.

 

You're going to need a new water pump.

The bearings in the waterpump are sealed against coolant so as to prevent corrosion. When the seals wear and coolant contacts the bearings, failure will soon follow. The weep hole is designed to let you know when it begins to fail.

You're going to need a new water pump.

 

And, if you wait too long to fix it, you might kill the opti.

 

Considering you have a '94, your opti is non vented. You may want to change the pump ASAP or you will be adding a couple hundred $$ to the bill because you'll also need a new opti.
