i did the same thing and mine was spraying coolant and i could never get it right so i just sealed it with some silicone. doing good so far but not sure how long it will hold....been holding for a good while so far tho

here is a picture of the tool i made for those that would ever have this problem in the future. to make it you need the screw down tap handle and a 1/2"-20 tap. cut down the tap to the threads, and on the handle cut it realy small. lock-tite it and good luck
