confusion on victor efi
hey guys, ive read alot about these super vic setups on here but im a little unclear for MY application, so please enlighten me...
i have a 4" ram air hood like joe overton and want to create a custom ram air setup. i also have advanced induction 190cc heads..is there a super vic or other manifold that will bolt right up to stock heads with little porting? i understand that i could use an www.intakeelbows.com elbow..if im running a stock computer setup with maf sensor do i only need the manifold (with fuel rails) and elbow?
thanks guys and perhaps we should gather more info on these and make a sticky? they seem like a great investment and especially since there's a lotta big cube guys out there now.

Re: confusion on victor efi
Joe Overtone is running an Accel Pro-Ram intake with a 4 hole throtle body, it already comes with injector bungs and fuel rails. There are equavalent intakes to the Accel that both Edelbrock and Holley has. Non of these intakes will bolt up to LT1 style heads as the bolt pattern is different, so either the head or intake must be modified.
Re: confusion on victor efi
right but isn't the accel only setup for dfi? im on stock management with maf sensor. i know they will need to be modified but will any bolt up easily? isnt there a gmpp manifold?
Re: confusion on victor efi
The GMPP one is a dual plane, not race oriented like the Single Planes.
The key is getting one to bolt up to the heads. None of them match well to ported LT1 heads and almost all single planes need work on the plenum to make them work their best. Getting one out there for mass production is going to take some work, and i've been workin towards that.
