confused about injector upgrade for wet nitrous kit...
hey ive been searching around the forum tryin to dig up info on whether upgrading my injectors and fuel pump is necessary right now. i plan on going with a larger fuel pump pretty soon but id like to get my car running and spraying this week. tell me what you all think.
all i have for n/a power is a k&n fipk, a home ported and descreened MAF and a slp 2-on-the-left exhaust. however im putting a wet nitrous works 150 shot on it. it seems everyone upgrades pump and injectors around 400fwhp. however, others are saying it is not totally necessary because of the fuel being provided by the fuel solenoid. im running TR6s gapped to .035 and a digital 6+ set to 6 degrees timing retard when the nitrous kicks in on top of a window switch, but i definitely dont want to lean her out. what is everyone's opinions on this? stock fuel pump and injectors safe or not? (im replacing the fuel filter whether or not i go with a larger pump)
