???confused???
I just got a 95 Z-28 A4 with 2.73 gears and 67,000 miles on it. The only thing bad about it was it was invoved it a mild wreck. I replaced the radiator today and took it out for the first time. I get to a good straight road with no traffic and I get on it. The car pulled hard, but it just don't seem very fast. I truthfully think that my 96 3.8 would give the Z-28 trouble. It fells about like my v6, I can't tell much of a power diference.
The Z is stock all except a flowmaster exaust and a drop in K&N. The v6 has a CAI, Shift Improver, Flowmaster exaust, and a BMR STB, it has 84,000 miles and it's an A4 with 3.08 gears. The Z is only running about 35 on the oil pressure(at 55 mph). I'll check the oil in it tommorrow, but wouldn't it have to be pretty low for it to show that low pressure and the oil light isn't on. The v6 runs at about 60 on oil pressure(at 55 mph). This is the first time I have ever driven an LT1 car. Maybe I was expecting too much. Someone needs to let me drive theirs and compare
If you guys have any ideas, I'd appreciate them. If you need any more info feel free to ask.
