OK, like I already said, I can get all of those to work besides EGR, IF you have the PCM reprogrammed to turn those tests back on. With only EGR not showing ready, you WILL pass.

Don't take it to the emission test until after you reprogrammed the pcm. You WILL NOT pass if you take it right now.

 

i just went to my local emissions testing places website and it says 96-00 obdll cars with 3 or more "not ready" codes will fail.and i have 3 right now..so all i need is to get one more to pass. i don't know why my "catalysts" code is not ready, nothing was changed since the last time, i still had the longtubes and o2 simulators...going to throw a stock thermostat in it today and drive it around a bit so it can actually get hot, and maybe it will run my cat or o2 test or whatever.
my dad works for gm so i have access to the gm tech site, and it will say what driving conditions need to be met for each test to run itself. at work now, going to try that when i get home.

 

None of those codes will be ready no matter how long you drive it. You need to get it reprogrammed. Just throw the thing in the mail and pay the return shipping charge of $13 and I'll do it for you.
