Complete install LT4 Hooker

I live in Sweden, an it is easiest to order from summit from here.

So im probably going for a lt4 hot cam kit with heads, cam, manifold, roller rockers and gaskets etc etc.

For fuel, a BBK throttle body and #30 injectors. The tuning hardware and software, I can do here.

For exhaust im thinking of a pair of Hooker long tubes and som 3" exhaust system.

I know there may be better products with less money, but I want to order everything from summit.

This is my problem: I want to have a complete order, if something is forgotten, i probably gonna have to wait a couple of extra months.

1. Does the lt4 kit includes everything that i need in it? Can i use stock pushrods and lifters?

2. I want hooker headers, but i can find anything on summit to put behind it. (y-pipe or somthing) I would like to use 2 catalytic converters if possible. What parts do i need from summit to get a complete exhaust system that fits after the hooker lts?. (hopefully with dual catalytics)

Your signature indicates you have a 1993. Do you realize that the 1993 fuel rails (which are different from every other year LT1) will not work with the LT4 intake. As a minimum, you need to upgrade to 94+ fuel rails. Your 93 also has 22#/HR injectors. These will be a little too small for the LT4 conversion. You should consider a 30#/HR injector. Of course the LT4 HOTcam requires reprogramming of the ECM, and the 30# injectors could be programmed at the same time.

The "425HP" claim for the LT4 conversion included a few parts that are not included in the package. I believe they recommend a 52mm throttle body.

You also need to "search" the board for info regarding the possible need to upgrade to the vented (95-97) OptiSpark, and a revised timing gear set. Not postitive, but I think this is required with the HOTcam.

As far as the Hooker LT headers, I believe both Mufflex and Thunder Racing have a Y-pipe available. I don't know of anyone that would be available through Summit. And the Mufflex and TR Y-pipes are typically "off road" without the catalytic convertors. You would have to special order a Y-pipe made with the cats. Check the Thunder Racing website to make sure this is accurate.

93 rails WILL work with 94-97 style and LT4 style intakes...

94-97 rails will NOT work with 93 intake
