It would be nice to know who to talk to regarding the
Comp parts. I have called Comp a number of times as well as
Isky, Manley, Crane, etc. only to be told that they do not have
a seat off the shelf in the dimension I want.

I think a lot more LT1 people would use the beehive springs if
an off the shelf combination was available. The seat seems to
be the mystery. With a .040" thick seat you would have an
installed height of 1.77" which would be perfect.

All the LS1 seats that I investigated had ODs in the 1.200"
range and shoulders in the .825" range, plus you need to drill
out the center to .570".

If you are aware of an off the shelf seat that is 1.32/.850/.040
and fits the stock valve stem please let me know.
