Comp Cams 982 Valve Spring
Comp Cams 982 Valve Spring
I am looking at using this spring, in place of my 941 springs, as I think they are too stiff, and I only take the motor to 6000rpm. But, I have a 525 lift cam, and they , being Comp Cams website, that it is only good for 500 lift. But you look at the specs, and it is installed height of 1.75 and coil bind of 1.135, and that gives you more than a 500 lift cam. The write up shows 500lift, but the spring chart shows 525 lift. Anyone used these?
