I wouldn't upgrade to the 230/236 unless you are upgrading the heads at the same time. Won't see too much of a difference without the heads.

Sorry I should have explained a little more. Car is a 1995 LT1 TA, 3600 stall, GTP LT4 stage 2 heads, LT4 hot cammed, all the other bolt on's etc. With full exasht and un-locked converter it dyno'd at 377 rwhp and 387 rwt. Since I know the heads could benifit from a bigger cam than the hot cam I was shopping around. Was recommended this cam. What kind of gains would you expect from the change and do you think its worth it?

Car is a garage queen. Only driven on nice weekend days. GOt emission exempt so im not worried abou that. The car needs to be semi-driveable. Don't want a track only car.

Thanks for any advice you guys can throw out there on it.

I heard about an A4 running TEA stage 2 heads with the XE 230/236 pushing 400 HP. I can't confirm that though.
