I received my gasket set & timing chain yesterday. They forgot some gaskets in the box... Called them up today and talked to them about it, said he would get back to me to see what's goin' on.

Called me up, said they would ship them out to me and asked when I needed it by, said he'll get it out to me today. Sorry for the inconvenience, can I do anything else for you?

Kinda stumped as to why I didn't get some of the stuff in the first place, but hey, nobody is perfect.

exactly, some people arent happy unless everything was perfect.

i ordered a cam kit and when everything arrived was only missing one thing, A CAM. so i called CM up and talked to dave, he called comp to find where the mistake was made called me right back and my cam was here 2 days later. GREAT customer service.

oh i forgot, i was also short the rtv that they said was included, but im not even gonna waste a phone call over some rtv.

ill definatly be going back to comp if i need anything else.

 

I got to give Combo a big thumbs up for customer service. Seth sent me spring locks of three different sizes and didn't charge a dime so that I could get my installed height correct.
