Cold Air Brace

Cold Air Brace

I just got a cold air intake and it came with some brace or something and i don't know where it goes or what it those pictures are below. does anyone know where they go or what they do.

What brand is it?

My moroso came with one , but I didn't use it. I didn't want to un bolt that thing each time I had to clean the CAI, or inspect it.

Its not really a brand its just one of those metal pipes and K&N filter

I wouldn't really worry about it, unless there's a lot of movement in the CAI.

I think they might go on the radiator mount or something, but if you don't mind a little movement you probably won't need them. I used the one on my moroso because it also acts as a heat shield between the engine bay air and the filter.
