I wanna do this LTCC conversion but i need to get some coil packs and im looking around at some of the chevy trucks and i was told that some of these coil packs are interchangeable! the engines im looking at are the 5.3 vortec engines and here are two pictures that i took from two different motors! the first picture is from a 2002 and the other is from a 2000... now my ? is which ones of these can i use on an LS1???






BTW does neone know how long it takes him to make these kits? like is there a wait period? or is this something he stocks??

well i can tell you those pics are NOT of LS1 coils. the coil pic 2 is close but not quite what they look like. now as far as function.. i dont see any reason why those coils wouldnt work for the LTCC. you could always ask Bob Bailey.. he might give you some tips.

i actually have a set of coils off an LS1 with the brackets and harness attached. i was planning on using these for my own LTCC in the future and making a custom harness to work with the existing harness on the coils but im not sure if it will happen. i might be willing to split with them if the price is right
