Codes P1133 and P1153 please help!!

I have been having a problem where my car feels like it stumbles and has power surges throughout the rpm band almost like its pulling a lot of timing then adding it all back. I am getting codes P1133 (H02S Insuffucient switching sensor 1 /bank 1 fuel control shifted lean) and P1153 (Bank 2 fuel control shifted lean). I could be wrong but I thought all this started after my long tube install. So first I bought brand new GM 02 sensors and brand new 02 extension wires from SpeedInc. I figured its gotta be a bad 02 sensor or burnt extension wire or possible exhaust leak. After replacing those and making sure there are no exhaust leaks anywhere nothing changed. Both of my 02 simms are also functioning properly. The weird thing is that can eliminate a lot of possibilities is that the car runs perfect in open loop mode using my OBD1 PCM but with my other programming using my OBD2 PCM where it switches into closed loop it runs like crap. With those two codes im getting what else are my possibilities? I figured the chances of getting a bad 02 sensor from GM is slim to none what do you guys think and what would you do next?
Thanks

I'm not sure what your problem is, but getting a bad O2 sensor from GM is definitely possible.

I ordered 2 O2 sensors from GM Parts Direct when I installed my Y pipe. After the Y pipe install, I started getting random misfires, stumbling, and PO133 (plus other) codes. Turns out one of the brand new O2s was bad. I took it in to a local dealer who swapped it out for me under GM's 12 month parts warranty.

Good luck with your issue, wish I could help you more,
Thomas.
