So my car has had a weird vibration at or below idle and also right around 2k rpms for about a month. Then 2 days ago I was cruisin on the hwy and it just started sputtering and shaking. I pulled over and it wouldn't idle, it would just violently shake the car when you'd give it gas. Finally it would kill itself and threw a code. So I tow the car home and that night it ran normal again (although still had the mild vibration). Now, intermittently it will run (when hot) real rough and will pop out the exhaust pipes (misfiring). I ran our snapon scanner on it and codes 42 and 36 came up.

Bad opti? Could a bad ICM cause this? I'm pretty certain the coil is fine cause I've changed it before.

Also, when the car isn't on, the left O2 is reading around 400 mV and the right stays at or below 200. Is the right one going out?
