Co-Worker just bought a 2003 Cobra...need mods...
As the above says. He's braggin' about he's gonna beat me, but I'm gonna make sure that doesn't happen, so I need some more mods, next is headers, but then what? Let me know what you guys think I should get after headers, thanks!
Oh yeah my dyno was 290rwHP with A4 (3.23)
and considering he as 390HP with an M6, he should be looking at around 330rwHP, so I need 40rwHP to match him. Oh Those come with the T-56 also so I used about 15% loss to figure the rwHP.
Right now I've only got Hotcam kit, Borla and MSD wires and bosch +4's. I am thinking of getting an MSD with coil, headers, and 3.73's, what do ya think?

They are way underated

! Well, time for forced induction, or should I take an alternative route and get heads/intake combo and a cam to match...hmm... damn I need some money!Anyone wanna buy an LT1 headlight panel? $75 shipped, first come first serve!

Hate to say it, but the lowest I've seen them dyno is 350's. They are quite heavy tho. 3800-3900 lbs. if I remember correctly. Just remember not everybody that owns one can drive it

A friend's untuned 6lb blown T/A (rest of the car/engine is stock except a cutout and headers) was inching by a '03 Cobra when they were both in 3rd. Once they hit 4th they were dead even. Mind you this was on an untuned engine. The '03 Cobra has much MUCH more potential.. but.. you said nothing about 'blowing him away'.

Well for starters, has the guy ever raced at a track before? If not, he will be doing well to run low 13's. What times does your car run at the track? Answer those two questions then figure out what to do. I have seen two new Cobras running low 14's on their first few passes. Once they made a few passes I watched them running 13.30's at best. This is we new cars, sticker in the window, and a driver that's never been down the track. Get a driver and some tires and your gonna need some parts to keep up.

Everyone would like to win by a blowout! But this guy's been to the track a few times... He owns 3 GN's and goes to norwalk everytime his GN club rents it out. I'm thinking of PowerDyne P600, then after a while I'll do a forged rebuild and trade up to the D1 unit...
