Is this clutch worth it?
Is this clutch worth it?
Yo
Is a Star Spec 3 worth getting? Since I don't plan on doing any SERIOUS upgrades like heads and cam, just really a full exhaust and all the free mods (once I find out what they are)... and plan are having like 320hp but like 360lbs of torque...
I was wondering if having the Spec 3 would hurt me because my car isn't good enough for it? You know what i'm saying? L0L
Like... Its to good of a clutch, so its wearing faster, hurting my car, doing anything wrong, etc... I know a better clutch = more torque because of gripping power. But in that case, shouldn't I look for like a truck clutch? A big fat *** clutch for all the surface area for grip? Help me out please fellas...

spec 3 is aight, I like the street twin myself though man. You shouldn't have any probs, just the spec3 will be a little "rougher" engagement. Street twin is dual disk, drives close to stock, I have one I should know

So whats the difference between the two... One says Mcleod, one says Spec 3. When you mean engage, you mean when the car grips on the takeoff? Even with a normal startup for driving around town? Kind of confused... hrm
But it won't wear out or break any faster because of the lack of horsepower/torque?
