Clutch woes...Take a look.

What do you guys think? I thought it would be worse than this, now I am not sure what happened...Only thing that looks bad is the PP on the front, how the heck did that get like that!

MAN, That thing is worn slap out!!!
Time for a new one big time!!!
That's one of the draw backs to a brass disk... Metal to metal wears BOTH metals.

Yeah definitely time for a new one....

I am fixing to put in a custom 8 puck steel disk with a Spec Stage 3 PP... think it will hold up, or will I wear the hell out of the PP and flywheel ??

The metal disks grab like hell, but will not last as long as a stock one. It comes down to one that bites and will need replacing sooner or one that is so so and last a few years. There's allways a trade off.

Damn thats pretty bad, My clutch wasnt that bad, but the pressure plate was f-ed up. On the plus side, at least you just need a new clutch kit, and not a auto trans rebuild. One more benifit of manual cars.

Man, that's simply awful
You can clearly see of the metal shavings, that the clutch fork was dragging the pressure plate because the throwout bearing failed.
One word of advice: Don't use steel or brass pads. It will EAT and SHRED your flywheel and pressure plate into pieces. I don't see a reason you'd need that...
