OK last week I was driving to the movies and when I shifted into 3rd my car started jerking REALLY REALLY bad. Ever since then I have to just about let the clutch all the way out until it engages... My tranny and clutch is under warranty, so should I go and take it looked at? Also this will be my 3rd clutch in like 5 months... 1st time was because of a thrown out bearing and the 2nd they said was destroyed and the pressure plate.......

 

If its under warranty, i would walk into the place with a huge smile on my face (they will know they are screwed) and tell them to check it out.


Sounds like there is an underlying problem if you have gone thru 3 clutches in the past 5 months

 

I was wondering if maybe the clutches their putting in cant withstand the torque
