Clutch disk question

I have a friend with a spare clutch disk from his 2000 SS, and was wondering if that disk would work with my 94 Z28?

Thanks...

It won't work. LT1 and LS1 are two different engines, with two different set-ups.

PatriotTA its a good thing you caught my error, sometimes late at night when i am half asleep certain things slip my mind. Like the fact of 93-97 LT1 and 98+ LS1.

Well I know they're different engines and different hydraulics, thats why I was wondering if the disk would be useable or not because they are the same tranny with the same input shaft, but I guess the disk diameter is different?

Also I believe the pp and flywheel are different. I think that the disc size on our LT1 cars are the same as most sb chevys while the flywheel and disc on an ls1 car are larger and also our cars are externally balanced while the ls1 I believe is internally which is why are flywheels are different too. Not sure if that is perfectly accurate though
