clutch disk

hey, i have a spec stage III clutch in my car. the clutch disk is worn out. i was wondering if it was cool just to replace the clutch disk with a mcleod clutch disk? also is it necessary to replace the throw out bearing with being only one year old? how often is it necessary to replace a pressure plate? just when it starts feeling worn? thanks for the info.
dave

also, has anyone use the slp clutch disk and is this just as good as a mcleod? my car definitely isnt highly modded yet.

My Star stage III disc is worn out after only a year as well (?) ... I plan on just replacing the disc with the LT4 disc, along with a new throw out bearing (not much money to replace). If you're looking to get a few more miles, and a little more streetability, i'd go with the SLP disc.
