did you have to grind any on your timing cover? and take off your TPS?

I had to grind on mine.
I did a test fit first without the gasket on to see if it touchs the timing cover and it did. We had to take about 30-40 thousands off the timing cover. Mainly at the top 1/2 to 3/4 of it.

Click here for a illustrated pic.

Modified Cover

Everything in red we took a high speed disc sander and sanded down about 40 thousands. We just kept test fitting it without the gasket until it did not rub anymore.
