It's going to be very tight. If you live in the North East were the roads are ****, you'll have problems

Would there be any problems if it rubs every now and then? as long as you dont bounce up in the air and come down and land on them shouldnt they be fine, with some scratches?

mine in lowered aprox 1.5 inches with long tube jet hots avoid speed bumps at any cost! i've rubbed mine on some humped driveways no real damage. My car is not a daily driver but easly could be here in Florida. my clearance a smidge over 3 inches.

ITS NOT WORTH DROPPING YOUR CAR. You put in lts because youre more likely like the 1/4 mile. So get some drag launch springs from Ebiach. Awesome for the strip and can still hold turns on the street!!

I got jet hot lt's hooker y-pipe and dms springs. I cant go over speed bumps if both tires have to go over them. I can go over a speed bump if only the two right tires go over. I hope that made sense. I scrape everytime its not worth it . If you can't avoid speed bumps good luck. Im going back to stock springs too many speed bumps in my area

I live in houston and had to take my 2inch drop off. you are going to get owned by speed bumps, any pitches in the road so and you will have to become a master like i to pull into a parking lot with out riping your bumper cover off.

All those sports cars you mentioned were designed low to the ground and the exhaust was designed to fit without ground clearance problems.
3rd and 4th gen Camaros were not designed to run true dual exhaust, it can be done obviously but not without compromise.
I have Hooker LTs and purple horny header mufflers and I have a Drag Launch kit which raised the rear of the car up.
I still scrape the mufflers on speed bumps and high spots in the road sometimes get me.
After driving my car with the current setup there is absolutely no way I would run LT headers on a lowered Fbody.
Some guys do it but I don,t think my exhaust would last long.
