In or out of the car?

I don't know a website off hand, but (without having to describe it all over again) if you do a search on here, it has been described.

If you mean flushing it out, all you have to do is remove the hoses at the water pump and use a garden hose to flush it both ways. Do it until the water is clear and keep the water off the optispark.

I did use it only once per day. I was just trying to get to the car before 11, i have to drive it to school later today, and im doing a little bit more than just flush the heater core.

Thanks shoebox, thats what i wanted to know.
