clean the IAC with what?

just as the title says. when you take out your IAC, what should you clean it with? thanks guyz.

From: Hell was full so they sent me to NJ

Put some throttle body cleaner on a toothbrush, and GENTLY brush the pintle. Do not attempt to move the pintle, and do not let any liquid get into the electric stepper motor.
